Customs clearance must stick to the travelling tempo of your goods.
It can take up to 2 days after your boat has docked for the goods to be available for clearance.
The plane must land and goods must be placed into a warehouse before being customs cleared.
Your driver must be parked just near the customs offices or an authorised warehouse
before we can clear the goods.
Once you submit your request, be sure to sign our power of attorney and upload it, and don’t forget to upload documents in relation to your ship
A request for payment will be made once we complete your customs clearance, thus remember to pay your invoice in full But we cannot clear what has not yet arrived.
