Since 1905, Derudder has cultivated a working environment where open-mindedness and personal fulfilment are at the heart of our company culture.
Our culture
At Derudder, we believe happiness at work is one of the drivers of efficiency and productivity.
We recruit people from diverse backgrounds and entrust interns and apprentices with real assignments supported by structured guidance.

Our values
We encourage diverse profiles, foreign languages and continuous learning as drivers of collective excellence.
We favour human-sized teams, direct exchanges and flexible organisations that leave room for initiative and personal balance.
Our resilience is built on loyal clients, loyal employees, anticipation and the lasting quality of our services.
Our clients' expectations are also ours: operational rigour, commitment, reliability and adaptability every day.
We invest in digital tools and continuous learning so everyone can progress and stay at the forefront of their profession.
Our offices
Our Le Havre headquarters, built in 2018, is located in a dynamic, accessible district close to many amenities.
The workspaces were designed to encourage collaboration: generous open spaces, meeting rooms, phone boxes, sit-stand desks, a large terrace, cafeteria and private parking with charging stations.
Derudder also has a commercial office in Paris within a business center with shared meeting rooms and cafeteria.
Company life
A healthy work atmosphere is part of our collective balance. Teams regularly organize sports activities such as football, padel, table tennis and an annual karting event.
In Le Havre, there is a gym right below the offices and the company contributes to registration costs. We also provide concierge services and team events.
Testimonial
“In charge of cross-functional projects, I appreciate the direct exchanges with general management and the speed of decision-making made possible by short reporting lines. Holding a management committee every two months helps managers stay informed about company developments and better connect their work to the collective effort.”
On boarding
Each new team member is supported from day one to ease integration and help them take up their role quickly. The Human Resources team welcomes newcomers and provides a digital welcome pack gathering the company’s key information. Training on internal tools is then delivered by the Head of Innovation Projects. Integration is completed through meetings with the teams and discovery of each department. This structured onboarding journey ensures a fast and operational start.
